Chicken
Chicken Marsala
Tender chicken breast sauteed in butter then topped with a creamy mushroom and Marsala wine sauce.
Chicken Parmesan
Tender, breaded chicken breast simmered in marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
Chicken Piccata
A tender sauteed chicken breast topped with zesty lemon wine sauce.
Roasted Chicken with Grilled Vegetables
Marinated and roasted chicken breast served with a blend of roasted vegetables.
BBQ Half Chicken
Our hickory smoked half chicken, basted in our signature BBQ sauce.


Pork
BBQ St. Louis Ribs
St. Louis style charbroiled ribs basted in our signature BBQ sauce.


Jerk Crusted Pork Loin
Pork loin seasoned with a special blend of Jamaican spices, then seared to seal in the juices and slow roasted until fork tender.

Beef

Beef Tenderloin
(for an additional charge)
Tenderloin of beef roasted whole and sliced with Bordelaise mushroom sauce. 

   

Prime Rib
(for an additional charge)
Our USDA Choice prime rib rubbed with traditional spices and slow roasted.  Served with creamy horseradish and au jus.

                
Braised Beef Tips
Hand cut beef tenderloin tips braised with carmelized onions ans simmered for hours in our special blend of spices, Burgandy wine, and wild mushrooms making a rich brown gravy.

Smoked Beef Brisket
Beef brisket packed with a dry spice rub and smoked for 15 hours.  Served with our regular and spicy BBQ sauce.

 




Fish
Broiled Salmon
Fresh Salmon filet, oven broiled and served with a creamy dill sauce.
Southwestern Baked Tilapia
Tortilla crusted tilapia filets, seasoned with chipotle seasonings, red and green bell peppers and lime.                  
               

Shrimp Pasta
Shrimp sauteed in olive oil with red peppers, zucchini & mushrooms. We combine it in a zesty marinara and tossed with penne pasta. Available cajun-style upon request.

Garden Salad
Field greens topped with red onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
 
Cole Slaw
Shredded cabbage tossed in our homemade creamy dressing. 
Caesar Salad
Fresh romaine lettuce tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing and topped with croutons.
Chinese Salad
Mixed greens topped with mandarin oranges, water chestnuts, roasted red peppers, crispy rice noodles. Served with a ginger-sesame dressing.
Greek Salad
Fresh romaine lettuce topped with feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, and our homemade Athenian dressing.
Pasta Salad
Garden rotini noodles tossed with onions, green peppers, black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and vinaigrette dressing.

Roasted Red Skin Potatoes
Red skin potatoes tossed with fresh garlic and parsley, then roasted to perfection.
Lizard Potato Casserole
Shredded potatoes, baked with cheddar cheese and onions.                    

Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Mashed red skin potatoes blended with garlic & special seasonings.

Rice Pilaf
A rich blend of long grain rice, toasted orzo and chicken flavoring.
