 Our ribs are hickory smoked and slow cooked, served with our award-winning BBQ sauce. Served with cole slaw, garlic bread and your choice of steak fries, homefries or baked potato. House Salad instead of cole slaw is extra.  The Winking Lizard has won many awards at BBQ competitions across North-East Ohio, including top prize at Canton's Hall-of-Fame Rib Burn-Off. Bucket of Baby Back or St. Louis Style Ribs (20) (The bucket of ribs is not served with any side dishes)   St. Louis Style ribs charbroiled in our award-winning BBQ Sauce. St. Louis ribs come off the breast bone, have a larger flat bone and a meatier rib. Full Slab/Half Slab  The Baby Back ribs come from the top of the porkloin, have a curved bone and are generally leaner than the St. Louis. Full Slab/Half Slab  Tender bite-size chunks of boneless pork basted in our award-winning BBQ sauce.  9 oz. of our boneless chicken breast in our award-winning BBQ sauce. |
