General Information: The party center has a well lit, paved parking lot with a covered guest drop off. The facility has disabled access and is fully air conditioned. The room is arranged with 60” round tables seating eight guests per table. Tables are set with brown vinyl table covers. Feel free to bring in your own table covers or ask us about linen rental options.

Time Availability: The room is available from 11:00am until Midnight. Events can be reserved for a maximum of 5 hours. Additional time can be alloted for an additional charge.

Party Center Rental Charge: There is a $250.00 charge to rent the party center. You are required to purchase a minimum of $750.00 on food and beverages ordered through the Winking Lizard, prior to tax and gratuity. If your purchases, throughout the duration of the event, do not meet or exceed the above listed food and beverage minimum of $750.00, a charge will be added to the bill in order to reach the agreed upon minimum requirement. A minimum of $250.00 must be purchased on food. The room rental fee will be waived if the food and beverages purchased through the Winking Lizard amounts to $1500.00 or more, prior to tax and gratuity.

Reserving the Party Center: The room is reserved with a signed contract and $250.00 non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made using Check, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Amenities: The party center features a large dance floor, coat room, big screen projection TV, four flat screen TV’s, and a pool table (requires a $1 per play and can be removed upon request). Audio and entertainment equipment is available upon request, which can include DVD, cordless microphone, projection screen, satellite radio, CD player, or IPOD hook-up.

Entertainment: We allow guests to bring in a DJ, band, tattoo artist, face painter, etc. All entertainment vendors must supply their own equipment including tables, cords, stands, and speakers. Any equipment being set-up on the dance floor must have padding placed underneath to avoid damage to our hardwood floors. You are responsible for relaying this policy to your vendors. Any set-up or space requirements needed for the entertainment vendors must be pre-arranged with Winking Lizard no later than 1 week prior to the event date. All entertainment is subject to manager approval.

Decorations: We encourage you to bring in any decorations needed for your event. We ask that you do not put any holes or staples in the walls; please use small thumb tacks or painter’s tape when hanging any items. We also ask that you do not decorate with any confetti or glitter sprinkles or use balloons which contain these items. You may not hang any items from the ceiling. You are responsible for setting up all your party decorations. Winking Lizard will clean up all decorations at the completion of the event. Please make arrangements in advance with your event coordinator if you require time to set up any room decorations.

Payment: Final payment is due prior to the completion of your event. In addition to the contract price, all events are subject to sales tax and 20% gratuity. Final payment can be made by Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

Menu: Food will be served buffet style. All menus must be finalized 2 weeks prior to the event. Your final guest count will be due 1 week prior to the event date. Menu pricing is subject to change without notice. All buffets include our standard white plates, silver cutlery, and white paper dinner napkins. We cannot allow any food items to be brought into the party center except dessert, chips, pretzels, or nuts. Any cookies or pastries that you would like to provide for your dessert table must be on your own serving trays and will be displayed after dinner.

Placing Food Orders: The lunch buffet and full dinner buffet menus must be ordered for your entire guest count. Hors D' Oeuvres can be ordered for any quantity of 10 or more. We recommend ordering the Lizard Platters for the entire party size and the remainder of the Hors D' Oeuvres for no more than half the party size. Please contact your event coordinator if you need assistance with order quantities.

Alcoholic Beverages: All drinks are ordered and served directly from the bar. There are three options available for beverage service.
1.) Cash Bar - all guest's pay for their own drinks.
2.) Open Bar - all drinks are paid for by the host. With the open bar, you may select the items you wish to make available to the guests.
3.) Drink Tickets - the host can offer a pre-determined amount of
drinks which will result in drink tickets issued to each of the guests or pre-determined amount to be spent on beverages.

Additions: Under most circumstances, additional food items may be ordered during the party to accomodate an under estimation of the events needs.

|
Security Officer: You are required to hire one security officer
for an event which more than seventy-five people are invited. The Winking Lizard will make the necessary arrangements for you through the Bedford Heights Police Department. A security officer is $25 per hour and they are hired for the duration of your event. You are responsible for paying the officer at the completion of the event by cash.

Additional Services Available

Butler Passing of Hors D' Oeuvres: An additional $50.00 for an
hour of service.
|
Cake Cutting Fee: There is no charge to have us cut your cake.
All cake slices will be placed on a dessert table and not served
to the guests at their seats.

Additional Room Hours: The room is available for a maximum of
5 hours. If additional time is required, a fee of $150.00 per hour
will be charged.
|
